It was a six day program for grooming up of officials regarding Leadership potentials. The program was conducted under the supervision of <strong>Prof. Shayam ji Mehrotra<\/strong>, Chairperson MDP.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The objective of the program was to sensitize participants to key leadership like organizational restructuring for efficiency, aligning people, and motivating to achieve a team success. Even to guide them in understanding and internalizing the basic principles and practices of change management.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The day started with the serenity by having meditation, \u201cWhich is like breaking out of a personal prison and finding a paradise.\u201d  \u201d People don\u2019t plan to fail, They fail to plan\u201d we have solutions, a session on same issue regarding personal finance was conducted by <strong>Prof. Dheeraj Mishra<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Lastly the program came to an end by the speech of Director, <strong>Dr. M Ashraf Rizvi<\/strong>.
