The programme gave participants hands-on experience in interpreting output from software packages like SPSS and AMOS and working with Structure Equation Modeling (SEM). The FDP was enriched with the valuable insights given by eminent speakers like: Dr. Ajay Kumar Jain, Professor, MDI, Gurgaon, Dr Anil Kumar Singh Associate Professor, FORE School of Management, New Delhi and Prof. Pankaj Medhi, JRE Group of Institutions, Greater Noida.  <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"> Some of the specific aspects covered in the programme included: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Advantages of Factor Analysis <\/li>\n<li> Multi co-linearity <\/li>\n<li> Methods for Factor Analysis <\/li>\n<li> Principal Component Analysis (PCA) <\/li>\n<li> Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) <\/li>\n<li> Introduction to Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) <\/li>\n<li> EFA versus CFA <\/li>\n<li> Application of CFA (Applying Fit Indices) <\/li>\n<li> Higher order factors Mediation\/Moderation, Analysis using <\/li>\n<li> Bootstrapping <\/li>\n<li> Introduction to Structural Equation Model (SEM) <\/li>\n<li> Hands on experience in Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) <\/li>\n<li> CFA &#8211; Measurement models and SEM &#8211; Path Models <\/li>\n<li> Hands on experience in SEM using AMOS <\/li>\n<li> Mediation and moderation effect <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Faculty members, research scholars and entrepreneurs from prominent institutes like IIT Delhi, Amity University, Galgotias University, IMT, Ghaziabad, Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management, Rohini apart from faculty members of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida attended the FDP. The FDP was co-ordinated by Dr Shalini Srivastava-Asst.
