\nAll this came in handy during her recent selection at National Payments Corporation of India (International) – NPCI. As a Management Trainee- Associate Business Development, she has been offered a package of Rs 6.35 lakhs.
\nPuja remembers the day when she got the news about her final selection. “I informed my family immediately. They were really happy. My parents started asking details about the company,” she says.

\nIn the role of Business Development Associate at NPCI, she has to deal with foreign banks regarding the UPI and RUPAYEE card services.
\nExcited about her appointment, Puja looks forward to working in the Payments industry. And she says that her aim is to learn more about how Payments happen in India and other countries. Also, how these payment settlements are done.
\n“More than the job, the opportunity to learn from here is immense,” she says.

\nFor Puja, being an achiever means putting in hard work. She says it is not \u2018just about knowing something. It is being able to put your thoughts across with the right perspective and in the right context. Communication goes a long way in an interview.
\nNarrating her interview experience she shares that she had to go through a psychometric test, aptitude test and there were GK sections also. Thereafter, two HR rounds were held which were intensive. Myriad questions were asked like – questions based on SIP, technical knowledge, situational-based questions, and a few random general questions. Empowered by a PGDM, cheered by her classmates, and inspired by professors\/mentors Puja has taken the first step towards victory.
