This contract (“Contract”) is entered into by and between Brussels Airlines, a company registered under the laws of Belgium, having its registered office at Brussels Airport, B-1930 Zaventem, Belgium (“Brussels Airlines”), and the undersigned individual, hereinafter referred to as “Passenger”.

1. Definitions
