Shivam Kushwaha is an Assistant Professor at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow in the area of Decision Sciences. He teaches quantitative subjects, including Statistics for Management and Business Research Methods. He is UGC-NET qualified and received his PhD in Management from the Department of Industrial and Management Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur. He holds master's degree from the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Allahabad and bachelor degree from CSJM University. Prior to obtaining his doctoral degree, he also worked at the Institute of Rural Management, Anand. He also conducted several workshops for government organizations. Currently, his research interests lie in Efficiency and Productivity Analysis, Transportation Economics, and Data Envelopment Analysis, Multi-Criteria Decision Making. He has published his research work in ABS, ABDC, and Web of Science listed journals, specifically related to the fields of Management, Operations Research, and Socio-Economic Development.
