Objective:

Objective:

Facilitate student learning of infrastructure and resource management

KRAs:
  1. Asset handling (including issue and return of fixed and movable assets upon filling requisition form) for facilitating the conduct of events/activities organized by other student committees. This includes ensuring that the assets are returned in the same condition as they were at the time of issue.
  2. Assist in conducting Admin Choupal along with the administrative staff.
  3. Ensure the proper functioning of all equipment/assets in hostel (washing machine, lifts, iron, water heater, water coolers, printer, sports and gymnasium equipment etc.).
  4. Ensure readiness of multiple venues for large event (such as Final Placement Interviews, Clash of Corporates, Jai Utsav etc.).
  5. Coordinate with external vendors for sound and light arrangements, stage arrangements, tent arrangements, transportation arrangements etc. in coordination with CAO.
  6. Handle the transportation requirements for guests and students.

Objective:
CMC committee (Placements, Alumni Relations, Training and Mentorship) would facilitate activities like developing corporate relations, alumni relations, identifying student training needs, mentorship etc.

KRAs:

The committee is responsible for

  1. Extensive coverage of all college events.
  2. Sending press releases to print and digital media and post updates on social media about all campus activities, blood donation camps, entrepreneur meets and student achievements and institute performance.
  3. Conducting interviews of guests, industry leaders, celebrities and lecturers on the latest global trends.
  4. Release of Jaipuria Times which provides a platform to the corporate, students, academicians to come together and share their insights, opinions and experiences, and to discuss management, leadership and other contemporary issues.
  5. Developing Srijan the official annual magazine which presents all the activities and events that take place in the institute throughout the year and is revealed during the convocation ceremony of the passing out batch.
  6. Branding & Promotion through social media platforms. Engage with the key audience through Instagram updates / contests / comments, Facebook interactions / campaigns / comments, twitter re-tweets, and YouTube Interactions/Comments.

Objective:

To sensitise and inculcate the spirit of responsibility in students towards society and contribute towards community development thereby building network to create a unique of identity of the institute’s Social Responsibility Committee (CSR)

  2. To organize social drives in and around the city of Indore like donation drives, blood donation camps, health check-up camps, self- defense workshops, tree plantation drive, fund-collection drives, etc.
  3. To plan and execute a unique Community Development Program (CDP) and organize Compulsory internship for a period of three weeks for all the students in first year.
  4. To conduct in – house activities (guest lectures, collection drives, nukkad natak, etc.) to spread awareness and sensitize the students.

Objective:
To give maximum benefits to the students through various facilities and inculcate a spirit of discipline
KRAs:
  1. Ensure timely reporting of students and discipline during formal events like open house, conclaves, conferences etc. Ensure that during informal gatherings/events, there are no instances of misconduct or mob mentality.
  2. Monitor that all hostel residents are not roaming around in the campus beyond 11:30 PM and that students adhere to silent hours and do not cause nuisance in the hostel by playing loud music, shouting or gathering in large numbers in hostel room.
  3. Identify and report instances of student possessing/ consuming prohibited items (alcohol, cigarette, electrical gadgets like immersion rods etc.).
  4. Report instances of bullying/ragging to the management to ensure the safety and security of students
  5. Guide the students on dress code to be followed in academic block and report instances of deviation to the concerned authorities
KRAs- Mess Subcommittee:
  1. Seeking food preferences from students by floating google form every 15-20 days and prepare a menu for the fortnight, based on the voting received for various food items
  2. Monitor the hygienic conditions of the functioning of mess
  3. Sensitize the students on reducing food wastage
  4. Organise surprise food days/ Food Fiesta having menu from different states
  5. Collect student/employee feedback for improving the mess & canteen services
KRAs- Hostel Subcommittee:
  1. Assist the hostel warden in maintaining the living standards in terms of ensuring the cleanliness in the hostel premises
  2. Supervise and ensure proper and limited use of water and electricity in the hostel premises. They would also ensure that the usage of induction plates issued in hostel is not for full-fledged cooking.
  3. Monitor that the usage of washing machine by hostel inmates is as per the schedule prepared.
  4. Cater to the early morning or late night requests of printing of assignments
  5. Organise monthly birthday celebrations or competitions.
