Dr. Gour C. Saha was the Professor and founder Director of the Centre for Business Intelligence and Data Analytics at Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business. He has about 32 years of experience in teaching and academic leadership in Trinidad & Tobago, India, and Thailand. He received his Ph.D. in Technology Management from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. He holds an MBA from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, an MS in Computer Information Systems from the Assumption University of Thailand, and a Bachelor in Statistics from the Academy of Statistics in Indonesia.
Dr. Saha’s passion is teaching courses with numbers. He has taught a number of courses including Data Analytics, Operations Management, Business Research Methodology, Services Marketing, Quantitative Techniques, and Multivariate Data Analysis at undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. His research interests are business analytics, operations management, and educational leadership.
Dr. Saha has mentored a number of Ph.D. and DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) students. He sits on the editorial board of an international journal, AIMS International Journal of Management. He has to his credit several publications in well-known international journals including the International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management, Managing Service Quality, Journal of Global Business and Economics Review, Journal for Global Business Advancement, and International Journal of Disclosure and Governance. He has conducted a number of workshops on Data Analytics and Multivariate Data Analysis (MDA) for corporate and academic participants. He received training on business analytics from SAS, USA.
Currently, Dr. Saha is working as a Professor with Jaipuria Institute of Management, which is one of the best Management Institute for MBA in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
