"Dr. Shailesh Pandey is an academician and trainer with more than 13 years of experience in the field of marketing, retailing, and consumer behavior. Dr. Pandey has worked as a faculty of marketing with many leading B-Schools affiliated with the University of Pune. He was also a visiting professor to MITWPU Pune for marketing management subjects and has been associated as an external industry expert with Symbiosis Skills and Professional University Pune for retailing management program.

He has also conducted training programs for the industry including the Aditya Birla group titled Digital Marketing for managers. He has also worked on an industry project titled Strategy formulation in the Public sector in association with the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.

He has command over case writing and developing business cases for class discussions. He has published many case studies including two case studies which are published in the renowned Ivey Publishing house. His published case studies are listed and available in the Harvard Business Publishing library.

Currently, Dr. Pandey is working as an Assistant Professor I in the area of marketing at Jaipuria Institute of Management, which is one of the best MBA Colleges in Indore, India."
