Strategy and International Business
Prof. Gaur is an Associate Professor of Strategic Management and International Business in the Department of Management and Global Business at Rutgers Business School – Newark and New Brunswick, with an additional appointment in the Division of Global Affairs, Rutgers University. He was elected as the President of the Asia Academy of Management in 2015.
Dr. Gaur is also serving as consulting editor at Journal of International Business Studies, and as a senior editor at Journal of World Business for the ‘Strategy, Institutions and Governance’ track, and at the Asia Pacific Journal of Management for the ‘Governance, Institutions and Internationalization of Emerging Market Firms’ track.
Some of his research has appeared in journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, and Management International Review.
Presently, He is associated with Jaipuria Management institute in Noida as an Adjunct Professor, which is one of the top management colleges in Delhi NCR.
