Dr. Subhajyoti Ray completed his master's from Indian Statistical Institute and Fellow programme from IIM Ahmedabad. He has worked with the Reserve Bank of  India in the areas of data analysis, data warehousing, and research. After 6+ years in the Bank, Subhajyoti joined as a faculty of Decision Sciences at Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB).  He has led XIMB for two terms as Dean. He has also served as the pro-vice-chancellor at NMIMS Deemed to be University at Mumbai and was incharge of several campuses of NMIMS. Prior to joining Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida, Dr. Subhajyoti was the Director of  IMT, Dubai. His teaching interest is in the areas of business statistics and analytics. He has also been a visiting faculty to institutes like ESSEC in France, Antwerp Management School, Belgium, Great Lakes, Gurgaon, and IIM, Ranchi. He has been conducting training programmes, and consulted multi-national and private sector organizations in areas of social impact, information systems effectiveness, and related areas. His publications are in the areas of e-government and he also serves on the reviewer board of the International Journal of Public Administration in a Digital Age.
