As considered by most passing out graduates that the first initial years of your job is the beginning of your career, but these initial years are to be considered as you are still in a Business School but here you are not paying to learn but, getting paid to learn so the takeaway from this thought is that in the initial years “Don’t say no to any opportunity, grab it”. The next most important activity to do during these years is to connect and build network.

He also stated that job is never bad; it is you who is not suited for the job. Responsibility begins when you get a job, we should not be selfish after getting placed. The more you stick to your job the company’s name becomes your last name. One should be consistent towards its job and work.
