“In all the selection process had three rounds – Aptitude Test, GD followed by PI. During the GD I kept offering real-life examples to make strong arguments. My confidence and good communication skills made me stand out during the round,” she says looking back on the day.

The interview was a mix of technical and situational questions and posed her a serious challenge. But it was Unnaati’s presence of mind and quick wit that turned things in her favor. Her quick thinking and bold decision-making ability will make her flourish in the uncertain, unfamiliar business world in the coming days.

According to Unnaati her confidence and decision-making skills stem from her role in Student Excellence Council and event management during her PGDM courses.
