The Mount Abu girl peaked during the placement process and was rewarded with the position at HR Global Share Service Center, Gurgaon office of the Telecommunications giant. But in keeping with the times, Anushka has had to start her training via Skype, a bit like the placement process she went through. “Since in-person meetings weren’t possible, we had telephonic interviews, which meant I had to communicate my answers effectively. I was asked about my growth plans for the future and adaptability, which will be required in times to come,” she adds.

Anushka claims that she has developed a flexible approach thanks to the training at her Top MBA College in Jaipur named Jaipuria Institute of Management Jaipur, which has switched gears into online mode. Skype, phone, Whatsapp platforms are being employed as online protocols to substitute actual learning programs. “Our college curriculum teaches us to adapt to any situation that we have to face. We have been prepared to handle any uncertainty and stress with complete level-headedness. So I am quite excited and looking forward to the challenges the next few months are going to bring,” she adds confidently.

According to Anushka, regular training programs, group discussions, mock interviews, and constant guidance by the placement team prepared me for the placement season. We were also constantly updated about recruiters, their eligibility criteria, preparations required for specific jobs, which helped immensely,” she says. That’s a thoughtful way of preparing students for the all-important placement process during these tricky times. In fact, as Anushka says, “the best part is that Jaipuria Institute of Management Jaipur focuses on thoughtful learning in every aspect.” And it has certainly paid off for Anushka.
