Dr. Abha. R. Dixit is an accomplished academician and corporate trainer, specializing in Business communication and Soft Skills. She has completed her Executive Program in Human Resource Management from IIM Calcutta. In addition, she has earned a Ph.D. in English Literature, M.Phil. in English Language Teaching and Masters in English Literature from Banasthali Vidyapith. She is a member of prestigious organizations like the "Association for English studies of India" and the "Literary Perspectives Society." She is also a regular speaker at Toastmasters International Club for Public Speaking.
Dr. Dixit has conducted Management Development programs for several leading private and government organizations such as Birla Corporation Ltd., Medicamen Biotech Ltd., Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., Customs and Excise Department, Income Tax Commissioners and Officers, Senior Bankers from State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Geological Survey of India, UPMRC, India Post, and others. Furthermore, she has also lent her voice to several National and International Documentary films. Her workshops and training sessions focus on Business Communication and Soft Skills for Industry professionals.
Dr. Dixit's research interests lie in. Soft Skills, Cross-Cultural Communication, Trends in Business Communication, Women Empowerment and Employee Engagement
Currently, she is an Assistant Professor at Jaipuria Institute of Management, one of the best MBA institutes and Jaipuria Institute of Management, which is one of the top B-Schools in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
