Prof. Arindam Saha holds his MPsy.HRDM degree from University of Allahabad and B.Sc. (Hons) from the University of Rajasthan. His work experience of around 18 years includes association with various organizations. Having started his career as a management consultant with an international consulting organization, Prof Saha moved on to active research and worked with the University of Delhi, and the Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO). His stint with non-government organizations such as Action Aid India and Aarohi India provided him with insights required to understand the grass-root realities of the country. He also worked with a research team for the Right to Education campaign in 2004-2005.
Prof Saha has earlier worked with IILM Gurgaon as a faculty for OB and HRM subjects. From IILM, he went on to join an international publishing house Oxford University Press with its commissioning team and worked for three years. Before joining Jaipuria Institute of Management Indore, he had spent a brief stint at another institute of good repute, IIHMR Delhi, as a guest faculty. At Jaipuria, which is one of the best management institutes in Indore, he has facilitated courses like OB, HRM, Compensation Management, HRIS, and HR Analytics.
In the last three years, Prof Saha has successfully developed/delivered new courses in the domain of HR, such as Human Resources Developed, Interpersonal Skills, Team Management, Negotiation Skills, and HR Analytics.
Prof Saha has delivered multiple MDPs, FDPs, and SDPs in the areas of Managing Change, Personality Assessment, Time management, Team Building, Leadership, and Organisational Effectiveness. He has presented papers at national and international conferences and has several publications.
His PhD Thesis submitted to DAVV Indore, is titled "Data Driven Decisions for Organisational Effectiveness: an HR Analytics approach".
