Dr. Sanjeev holds a doctorate in the area of Marketing. His doctoral research explored Job satisfaction and turnover intention among pharmaceutical sales and marketing professionals. Dr. Sanjeev is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with over 25 years of experience spanning across academia and industry.
He had worked in the pharmaceutical, Banking, and advertising industry in India and abroad during his corporate tenure. His areas of academic interest include sales force management, consumer behavior, rural/BoP marketing, and corporate communications. He consults for research projects in the area of health care and has done various corporate training in the field of sales management.
Dr. Sanjeev is currently working at Jaipuria Institute of Management, as Associate Professor, which is India's best college for MBA in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
