Prof Ravi Agarwal is an Adjunct Professor of Finance and Accounting. He holds a Bachelor’s and master's degree in Finance and Accounts from St. John's College, Agra. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi (ICAI), and an Associate of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Kolkata (ICMAI). He has more than 28 years of experience in teaching, training, research, and consulting, including 3 years with the leading broker of the National Stock Exchange.

He has more than twenty papers and case studies to his credit. He actively contributes cases on contemporary issues in finance to The Case Centre of Europe, the largest case repository in the world. He has presented his research in the leading universities and institutions both in India and abroad. He is on the academic advisory boards of many universities.

He has conducted more than 100 training programs for the officers of the government of India, state government officers, PSUs, banks, and private organizations. He is a member of the American Finance Association, Asia-Pacific Risk Managers’ Association, and Professional Risk Managers’ Association.
