Dr. Reena Agrawal is an academician and researcher with more than eleven years of experience in the field of Finance, Accounting, and entrepreneurship. She has strong research interests in the areas of micro small and medium enterprises, social entrepreneurship, behavioral aspects of family businesses, and financial literacy/inclusion.

She has published case studies of successful entrepreneurs in international journals and presented them at several conferences. She is currently serving as a member of the Editorial Board of two journals.

Currently, Dr. Reena Agrawal is working as an Assistant Professor with Jaipuria Institute of Management, which is one of the best PGDM/MBA College in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and provide MBA equivalent

PGDM courses in different streams.
